What should you expect from us?

We understand that everybody has different requirements so we meet each and every client face to face to discuss their needs and create a bespoke cleaning spec before carefully selecting the perfect cleaner. We also understand that these requirements change from time to time and we pride ourselves on the flexible service that we provide to accommodate those everchanging needs. We expect all of our cleaners to provide the following as standard & our team are on-call 24 hours a day to ensure a smooth running service but, please feel free to give us a call to discuss any additional requirements you may have.

Kitchens

• Polish to smear free all surfaces and tiles
• Clean inside and outside of cupboards, shelving, drawers (Inc. tops of cupboards if exposed)
• Maintain cleanliness of all appliances (External surfaces)
• Kettles, toasters, and microwave to be cleaned
• Used cutlery / crockery in the dishwasher & put away before leaving property

Bathrooms / Showers & Toilets

• Clean all baths / showers, basins & toilets
• Mop clean all tiles, shower trays & floors in wet rooms
• Polish shower screens and taps

Other Rooms / Office Space

• Damp clean all surfaces - skirting, sills, radiators, doors & frames
• Cob webbing where necessary
• Clean all fixtures - switches, ceiling lights, wall lights & sockets
• Wash / Iron bedsheets and make beds (Domestic cleans)
